How long does it generally take to get your Dell computer once you order it online?

I ordered a Dell laptop today on 3/30. It says it will arrive on or before 4/23. Will it probably come sooner or really take 3 weeks? I didn't get anything extra on the laptop other than the color of it is pink. Has anyone ordered from the Dell website? How long did it take to get it?
