Gateway SX2800-02H Upgrading power supply?
Hi
i'd like to know if there is any slim low profile power supply I could buy that would fit in my computer

>The best thing to do is take the power supply out of your computer and measure it with a ruler or just try to get a general size idea and how much room, if any, you have. Then go to sites on line selling power supplies and look for the supply you want and check the dimensions on the new power supply. This really puts the problem back on you, I know, but its the easiest way to do it. Slimline is very tough to get above 350 Watts - I once saw a small form factor 400 Watt PSU under the Rosewell brand, but that was a couple of two or three years ago and now I don't know where to find that. Like I said, the best thing to do is to approach the problem from a measuring standpoint yourself and then just start looking.
