Can PS3 play on PCM 5.1 sound output ?
Currently I'm using optical cable with my old receiver on PS3.
When I play my Blu-ray Disc, using PCM 5.1 sound output, it has became PCM 2-Channel. Is it possible to output PCM 5.1 on PS3? Other than optical cable, any other options to play PCM 5.1?
The Audio in the PS3 game may be to advnaced for your older reciever so it is downgrading it to 2 channel.
